I've been in a slump lately and I just cant seem to break it.
I have such little energy, motivation. I WANT to get things done, but as soon as I'm off work all I want to do is rest, and sit watching tv/movie or playing with C.
I'm not even motivated to keep my house clean :( I'm overwhelmed from the move and things being left in a half finished state. I mean, I cant move in my office, nor can I find anything!
I really need to take holiday LOL however cant afford them till hubby finds a new job. He's been laid off since end of November 2013 and just not having luck finding something.
GOALS:
Go for a walk DAILY with C and hubby.
Continue to eat healthy
Make more of an effort to do one or more of those "30 days" Challenges (for exercising)
Current Weight 230 lbs
Goal Weight 150 lbs
Time Frame 6 months from now (so October 26, 2014)
